Rough Translation: This kitten was born with a deformity that directly affects the position of its heart and causes various breathing problems.  The veterinarians had to put a rod in its chest and when they bandaged him, they added a triangle similar to that of a superhero, so they gave him the name “Supergatito” (“SuperKitten”)
